What is Zomig Rapimelt?

Commonly Used Dosage Guidelines for Zomig Rapimelt
- Zomig 2.5g tablet: Starting dose: 1 tablet at onset of symptoms; dose may be repeated after at least 2 hours if migraine recurs; maximum of 2 doses in 24 hours. Future attacks: 1 or 2 tablets per dose, maximum of 2 doses in 24 hours.
- Zomig Nasal Spray: Use 1 spray in one nostril only at onset of symptoms; dose may be repeated after at least 2 hours; maximum of 2 sprays in 24 hours.
- Zomig Rapimelt 5 mg: 1 tablet dissolved on the tongue at the onset of symptoms; dose may be repeated after at least 2 hours if migraine recurs; max. 2 tablets in 24 hours.;
- Zomig Rapimelt 2.5 mg: 1 tablet dissolved on the tongue at the onset of symptoms; dose may be repeated after at least 2 hours if migraine recurs; max. 2 doses in 24 hours. Future attacks: 1 or 2 tablets per dose; max. 2 doses in 24 hours.
