- Before use, gently shake Dymista Nasal Spray for 5 seconds. For the first time use, squirt the pump into the air for about 6 times until a mist appears to prepare it for use.
- To clear your nostrils, blow your nose and Insert the Dymista Nasal Spray tip into one nostril while keeping your head tilted downwards.
- Place one finger on the other nostril to block it. While sniffing, press down on the spray, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
- Repeat the steps with the other nostril. Once finished, wipe the Dymista Nasal Spray tip and replace the cap.
