How to use it?

• Only for nasal use.

• Babies and infants up to the age of two years: Place the baby on their back and turn their head to one side. Insert the nozzle into the nostril and spray once.

• Adults and children over the age of two: Spray twice into the nostril with the nozzle.

Our products are meant to make you feel healthy and at your best. If you need to return your item, you can do so free of charge within 30 days in the same original and unopened packaging. Subject to T&C's.

For infants and children up to 2 years: Position the child with their head turned to the side. Place the nozzle in one nostril and press the spray head once. Do the same for the other nostril. For children over 2 years and adults: Insert the nozzle into one nostril, keeping the bottle upright. Press the spray head once for a deep spray. Inhale through this nostril while closing the other. Repeat for the other nostril.
