What is Orajel Extra Strength?
Orajel is a topical medicine used to rapidly relieve toothpain associated with a broken tooth. Also suitable for providing temporary relief from a tooth that requires a filling.

Orajel contains a 20% w/w concentration of benzocaine which belongs to a group of medicines called local anaesthetics. Benzocain is a powerful pain relief medication that works by temporarily blocking the pathways of pain signals along the nerves and numbing the affected area.

This product is intended for use by those aged 12 years and over. You should not use this product if you have had an allergic reaction to benzocaine or any other ingredients in the gel, especially sorbic acid.
