Fit to fly? Be warned.

Sent my test off on Friday first post before traveling first thing Monday (72 hours flight rule). I then emailed to check it would be fine to be told the lab doesn't work weekends but it would be guaranteed by Monday 10am (too late). I thought about chancing it after all i wasnt landing till the early hours of tuesday morning, but thank God I didnt and instead paid for a same day that came back negative. My test, which I was told would be in my Monday 10am turned up Tuesday afternoon. Far, far too slow. A waste of money and time and ultimately ended in me paying for another test. Pay the money and get Randox who work all weekend or get one in person.

How Will My Test Kit Be Delivered?

For the majority of the UK, kits are dispatched by Royal Mail, Monday to Friday, if ordered before 16:00. Dispatches are sent using Royal Mails Next-Day service. We will email you tracking information directly and you should receive your order the day after dispatch. We strongly recommend you order test kits well in advance of when you need to take your sample. 

Receiving Your Certificate?

We will issue you with results within 24 hours from receiving them at our lab. This process is usually a lot faster, but we say 24 hours just in case.

Does Welzo provide instructions?

We provide very clear video instructions on how to take your test, so as long as you follow them carefully you should receive a conclusive result.
