Bactroban 2% Cream is used to treat skin infections such as folliculitis, furunculosis and impetigo. The Bactroban 2% Cream is an antibiotic cream that prevents the growth of bacteria and contains the ingredient mupirocin calcium.
How does it work?
Bactroban Cream treats skin infections by preventing bacteria to grow in the affected area. The antibiotic cream helps infections in the skin including wonders, lacerations and small cuts.
Bactroban Cream is applied 2 to 3 times daily for up to 10 days depending on the skin's response to the cream. Application of the cream must not exceed the 10 days.
