Each capsule contains three active ingredients: Paracetamol, Phenylephrine hydrochloride, and Guaifenesin. Phenylephrine hydrochloride is a decongestant that shrinks the blood vessels in the nasal passages, helping to open up the airways and reduce stuffiness. The capsules are easy to swallow and are suitable for adults, as well as children aged 12 years and over. They are not recommended for children under 12 years of age. The recommended dosage for adults and children over 16 is two capsules every four hours, up to a maximum of eight capsules in 24 hours. For children aged 12-15, the recommended dosage is one capsule every four hours, up to a maximum of four capsules in 24 hours.
The capsules should be taken with water and can be taken with or without food. However, it is advised not to consume more than the recommended dosage and not to use with any other paracetamol-containing products.
