Pirinase Hayfever Relief Spray is a once-daily steroid nasal spray that can relieve and treat allergy symptoms from hayfever (allergic rhinitis). As a nasal spray, it works to reduce sneezing, a blocked nose and watery/red eyes for up to 24 hours of relief.

The spray contains the active ingredient fluticasone propionate, which is a corticosteroid that can reduce your body's reaction to irritants and allergies. Steroids have an anti-inflammatory effect that causes swelling, redness and itching, alongside other symptoms to go down after an allergic reaction occurs.

Always shake well before use. Only use in the nose. Do not swallow. To get the best results from Pirinase Hayfever Once Daily, use the spray every day.
For adults aged 18 years and over:
- Spray two puffs into each nostril once daily.
- Once your symptoms have improved, you may be able to reduce the dose to one puff into each nostril once daily.
- Do not spray more than 4 sprays (200 micrograms) in a day. Use the lowest dose possible to control your symptoms.
