Welzo Urgent Care Services (UK)
Emergency and Urgent Medical Help
If you or someone you are with needs urgent medical attention, please do not use Welzo.
In the United Kingdom, urgent or life-threatening medical care should always be accessed through the National Health Service (NHS).
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should:
Call 999 immediately for emergency services.
Visit your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.
If the situation is urgent but not life-threatening, you should:
Call NHS 111 for expert advice and guidance on what to do next.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
These services are equipped to provide immediate assessment, dispatch ambulances when necessary, and connect you directly with hospital and emergency teams.
