How to take Xenical?
Always take Xenical exactly as prescribed by your doctor or advised by the pharmacist. The recommended starting dose is three (120mg) tablets a day, however, in presence of other factors, this may be increased or decreased accordingly as per the prescriber's clinical judgement.

- Swallow the capsule with water
- The usual dose is one capsule with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Xenical will not work if you miss a meal, or if there is no fat in your meal.
- If you eat a high-fat meal, do not take more than your recommended dose
- Do not take Xenical if pregnant or breast-feeding
Only 3 doses of Xenical should be taken in 24 hours. Do not take more than 3 capsules a day.
