Q: How to treat cystitis?

Antibiotics are effective against cystitis. Vaginal oestrogen cream can also be used where the antibiotics are not successful in treating cystitis.

Q: How long does cystitis last?

Often, cystitis will clear up within three days. If you notice persistent symptoms of this urinary tract infection even after three days, consult a doctor at the earliest.

Q: How is cystitis diagnosed?

A urine sample, cystoscopy or imaging may be required to diagnose cystitis depending on the severity of the condition.

Q: Can men get cystitis?

Men can get cystitis however, it is very rare.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

Q: When will my order be delivered?

If you have placed an order before 14:00 Monday to Friday, you will receive the order the next day.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order for medication up to the point when your medication is dispatched.

Q: Can I return my order?

For non-medicinal products, you are eligible to return the product within 14 days of receipt in the same packaging you received. For medicinal products, you are eligible to cancel the order only until it has been dispatched. From that point forward, you are no longer eligible to return the order.

What causes Cystitis?

Cystitis is a bladder infection caused when the bacterium E.Coli enters the urinary system. Cystitis can be acquired through sexual activity, low hygiene or when using a tampon or contraceptive diaphragm.

What are the symptoms of Cystitis?

Common symptoms of Cystitis can be felt while urinating, like pain or burning sensation in the genitals, feeling the urge to urinate frequently, pain near the organ or fever and nausea.
