Welzo Affiliate, Ambassador and Influencers Terms

Participation in the Welzo Affiliate Programme (“Programme”) is strictly conditional. By applying to or participating in the Programme, you (“Affiliate”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) in full. If you do not agree, you must not participate.

Welzo Ltd (“Welzo”) retains sole and absolute discretion over all aspects of the Programme.

1. Absolute Discretion

1.1 Welzo may approve, reject, restrict, suspend, or terminate any affiliate or affiliate activity at any time, with or without notice and without obligation to provide explanation.

1.2 Participation in the Programme creates no entitlement, guarantee, or expectation of commission, revenue, or continued participation.

2. Tracking, Attribution & Final Authority

2.1 Commission is tracked solely via Welzo-approved platforms, links, and codes.

2.2 Welzo’s tracking, attribution, validation, and de-duplication decisions are final, binding, and non-appealable.

2.3 Where an order involves multiple affiliates, platforms, channels, or interactions, Welzo may:

  • Attribute commission to one party only; or
  • Void commission entirely.

No affiliate has a right to challenge attribution outcomes.

3. Commission Basis & Modification

3.1 All commission rates are variable, discretionary, and non-guaranteed.

3.2 Commission is calculated exclusively on net revenue, excluding but not limited to:

  • VAT or sales tax
  • Shipping, handling, and delivery costs
  • Refunds, returns, chargebacks, or cancellations

3.3 Welzo may reduce, cap, replace with a flat fee, or remove commission eligibility for any product, category, affiliate, or transaction at any time, including retrospectively where required to correct errors or enforce compliance.

4. Welzo Direct Fulfilment & High-Touch Products

4.1 Products designated as Welzo Direct Fulfilment are not eligible for percentage-based affiliate commission under any circumstances.

4.2 This includes, without limitation, mobility scooters, medical or wellness devices, red light therapy products, sauna blankets, and any other products requiring private delivery, installation, maintenance, warranty coverage, consultations, or ongoing support.

4.3 Where Welzo elects to offer commission on such products, it shall be limited to a fixed flat fee, solely at Welzo’s discretion. No entitlement to commission exists.

5. Prohibited Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

Affiliates must not, under any circumstances:

  • 5.1 Bid on Welzo trademarks, brand terms, or close variants.
  • 5.2 Use, display, or distribute unauthorised discount codes.
  • 5.3 Make medical, health, or performance claims not expressly approved in writing by Welzo.
  • 5.4 Operate cashback, voucher, or price-comparison activity without written approval.
  • 5.5 Engage in cookie stuffing, self-referrals, incentive manipulation, attribution interference, or deceptive practices.
  • 5.6 Use email, SMS, push notifications, or paid media without explicit written consent.

Any breach results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions, without notice.

6. Cashback, Voucher & Comparison Affiliates

6.1 Cashback, voucher, and price-comparison affiliates operate under restricted terms only, including reduced commission, limited eligibility, and lowest attribution priority.

6.2 Welzo may suspend or permanently remove these affiliate types at any time.

7. Compliance & Content Control

7.1 Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards.

7.2 Welzo may require modification or removal of any content at any time.

7.3 Failure to comply constitutes material breach.

8. Payment, Withholding & Clawback

8.1 All commissions are subject to validation and approval by Welzo.

8.2 Welzo may withhold, reverse, or claw back commissions relating to:

  • Refunds or chargebacks
  • Fraud, abuse, or manipulation
  • Breach of these Terms

8.3 Payment schedules, thresholds, and methods are determined solely by Welzo or the affiliate platform.

9. Termination

9.1 Welzo may terminate any affiliate relationship immediately, with or without cause.

9.2 Upon termination, all promotional activity must cease immediately.

9.3 Termination for breach results in loss of all unpaid commissions.

10. Amendments

10.1 Welzo may amend these Terms, commission structures, or eligibility rules at any time.

10.2 Continued participation constitutes acceptance of all amendments.

11. No Liability

11.1 Welzo provides no warranties or guarantees regarding Programme performance or earnings.

11.2 Welzo shall not be liable for any loss arising from participation or termination.

12. Excluded Orders & Non-Standard Affiliate Traffic

The following transactions are not accepted as standard affiliate traffic and are excluded from affiliate and cashback commission, as they arise from separate programmes, assisted sales pathways, compliance obligations, or non-incremental activity.

  • Offline & customer support–assisted sales
  • Subscriptions and renewals
  • In-app purchases (unless approved)
  • Double tracking or duplicate attribution
  • Practitioner or professional codes
  • Multiple or stacked discounts
  • Nutritionist or consultation channels
  • Consultation-required products
  • Disability relief or VAT-exempt products
  • Logged-in user plan upgrades
  • Extended warranties or service plans
  • Products requiring physical installation
  • Corporate, B2B, or bulk orders
  • Insurance or third-party funded orders
  • Manual or back-office fulfilment
  • Re-invoiced or historical adjustments
  • Internal testing or staff purchases
  • Geographically restricted sales
  • Delayed or assisted conversions
  • Products subject to marketing restrictions

13. Commission Claim Window & Expiry

Commission claims must be raised within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. Any claim not raised within this period is automatically void and deemed final.

16. Confidentiality

Affiliates must treat all non-public Programme information as strictly confidential.

17. Indemnity

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Welzo harmless from any claims or losses arising from their promotional activities or breach of these Terms.

18. Assignment & Transfer

Affiliates may not assign or transfer their participation without Welzo’s written consent.

19. No Partnership or Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or authority relationship.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Welzo and the Affiliate.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
