How to use

Take one lozenge daily, or as advised by your healthcare provider. If a lower dose is needed, you can break the lozenge into smaller pieces. Avoid taking it within 5 hours of bedtime as it may disrupt sleep. 10 drops typically provide 108mg of grapefruit seed extract. Dilute 5-10 drops in 100ml of water or juice\, stir thoroughly.
