Whey protein is a solid dairy protein that gives every essential amino acid you need for muscle maintenance and recovery. This form comes from milk and is quickly digested, making it a handy protein source for an active lifestyle.

In this snack, whey protein sits in a blend sourced from milk, helping to build its complete amino acid profile. Other dairy-derived proteins help support the overall protein quality of the snack.

What Does Whey Protein Do?

Whey protein helps normal muscle function and supports muscle maintenance through its essential amino acid content. It also helps you hit daily protein intake as part of a balanced diet, in line with general nutritional guidance.

EFSA and NHS guidance recognise the role of dietary protein in backing muscle health and daily protein needs as part of a healthy lifestyle.
