Ingest the tablets whole with water; do not crush or chew them. These tablets are only available at the pharmacy counter. Dosage instructions: For adults, seniors, and children aged 12 and over: Daytime: Take 1 white tablet every 4 to 6 hours, up to 3 times daily (one in the morning, one at midday, and one in the afternoon). Nighttime: Take 1 blue tablet at night. Do not exceed 3 white tablets per day. Take only 1 tablet at a time and only at the specified times. Do not take nighttime tablets during the day. Not suitable for children under 12 years. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
