Mix 1 serving (2.5 g = half a level scoop = 1 level teaspoon) of BioTechUSA Glucomannan + Chromium powder into at least 200 ml of your preferred drink. Use a shaker bottle for mixing. Consume 3 servings daily, before meals, with plenty of liquids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store the product tightly closed in a cool, dry place. After opening, do not remove the silica bag. Keep out of reach of children. Without drinking enough liquid, the product may cause choking. Take with plenty of water to ensure the product reaches the stomach.
