To promote joint health, it is recommended to take 3 tablets daily, with one tablet between each meal, for a week. After the initial week, a maintenance dose of 1 tablet per day can be taken for 3 to 6 months. For improved digestion, it is suggested to take 1 tablet before each main meal, up to a maximum of 3 tablets per day.
