The Core Ingredient Is: Beta-Alanine

Beta-Alanine helps build muscle carnosine, aiding the buffering of hydrogen ions during tough workouts. This formula slides beta-Alanine into the Battle-Blend pre-workout mix, with taurine, caffeine and B vitamins to support energy and mental focus.

What Can Beta-Alanine Do?

Beta-Alanine helps raise muscle carnosine levels, which aids buffering acid during hard activity and can help sustain endurance. These effects align with how amino acids support normal energy metabolism and muscle function, as reflected in common dietary guidance for performance nutrition.
