What L-Glutamine Does?

L-Glutamine helps with post-exercise recovery by aiding muscle protein synthesis and keeping nitrogen transport steady. It also helps gut health by giving a primary fuel source for intestinal cells, supporting gut lining integrity during stress or intense activity. (Here's the thing) These functions line up with evidence describing its role in muscle recovery and GI support as part of everyday physiology.
