How to use

Use one teaspoon (3g) daily. Add it to water, smoothies, fruit juice, cocktails, yogurt, baked goods, dips, spreads, or hot drinks. Shake well before use. Fill dropper to slightly above 1.0ml indicator line (1.2ml) Add to 4oz of water . Use as recommended by a physician or as needed\, up to one dose every waking hour. If following the Deanna Protocol\, increase dosage to the amount recommended in the Protocol Dosing Guide.
