How to use

As a dietary supplement, dissolve two teaspoons in 3-4 oz of juice or water. Consume 1-2 times daily on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before meals for best absorption. If nausea occurs, take it with meals. Adults: Always start with a smidge! Start with one capsule daily with food. Then take two capsules together\, or as directed by a certified healthcare practitioner. (See "low and slow" note below).

Children: Take one capsule daily with food.
