L-Glutamine for a steady energy flow in M.E.

I've tried other sources of L-Glutamine but MyProtein's L-Glutamine is definitely the best. I use it to help keep my daily energy supply reasonably steady. I have M.E. (myalgic encephalomyelitis) and take two level teaspoons of L-Glutamine four times a day to keep my energy steady and prevent a 'crash'. I have been taking this dosage (on the advice of a doctor) for over ten years now, with no unpleasant side effects from the dosage. Without it, I would be confined to spending most of my life in bed, as I did when I was first diagnosed over twenty years ago, before I came across L-Glutamine. And I was delighted to discover Welzo, who sell MyProtein's L-Glutamine at a very reasonable price and, as far as my limited knowledge of them goes, are a very good company.
