Essential amino acids are the nine amino acids that need to be fed through your diet because the body can’t manufacture them by itself. This plant-based supplement delivers all nine essential amino acids to help with muscle function and recovery through training.

This profile brings together a full set of essential amino acids to help support protein synthesis and tissue maintenance, with ingredients sourced to offer a complete amino acid spectrum.

What Does Essential Amino Acids Do?

Essential amino acids help to support support your body’s muscle protein synthesis, a normal process that contributes to muscle maintenance after exercise. This function aligns with high level guidance on amino acid roles in the body and their importance for active individuals. Dr. Wolfe from Harvard University found that essential amino acids stimulate muscle protein synthesis.

The combination of essential amino acids with additional branded components in the formula is designed to support energy, absorption, and recovery processes linked to training adaptation.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
