How to use

Apply the spray to your skin 2-5 times and rub it in. The Magnesium Topical Spray might feel a bit oily at first, but it will absorb fast. A white residue might appear on the skin, which is just salt and can be wiped away. For a foot soak, add 1-2 oz. to warm water and soak your feet for 20-30 minutes.
