The recommended use for Nutrend Glutamine is as follows: On training days, take a basic daily dose of 5 g (2 level teaspoons) after training. An additional dose of 5 g can be taken before bedtime. On non-training days, you can either take a break or continue with a regular dosage of 2x daily 5 g, with the last dose taken at bedtime. Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. This product is a food supplement formulated especially for athletes and does not replace a varied diet. It is not intended for children, pregnant or nursing women. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
