The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein Isolate

Whey protein isolate is a highly purified form of whey protein that is rapidly absorbed by the body and naturally low in lactose and fat. It provides a rich source of high-quality protein for daily nutrition and muscle support.

This form is derived from milk and produced through filtration processes that concentrate protein content, with European supplier sourcing and GMP-compliant quality assurance contributing to product reliability.

What Does Whey Protein Isolate Do?

Whey protein isolate helps maintain normal protein balance and supports lean tissue when consumed as part of a balanced diet. Studies indicate whey protein can support muscle protein synthesis and recovery in healthy adults and athletes, with findings discussed by Dr. Morton of a leading university.

The benefits are linked to how whey protein is rapidly absorbed and utilised to support daily protein needs and post-activity recovery, in line with EFSA guidance for protein contribution to muscle health.
