The Active Ingredient Is: Protein

Protein is a macronutrient that gives your body the amino acids it needs for tissue upkeep and growth.

This mix uses a blend of milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate, egg white and collagen hydrolyzate to offer a complete protein profile that helps muscle recovery and maintenance (collagen hydrolyzate plays a role here, a form of collagen for added support).

Benefits & Features:

Protein helps keep lean muscle and supports recovery after workouts by supplying essential amino acids for muscle protein synthesis, a process linked to muscle strength and size gains during resistance training. It helps to support muscle metabolism and energy utilisation, and the evidence from Bath University researcher Dr. Morton suggests protein supplementation can boost changes in muscle strength and size during prolonged resistance-type exercise.

This supplement isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
