Quercetin is a flavonol found naturally in onions, apples, capers and tea. PERQUE uses the dihydrate form, which it describes as water-soluble. Pomegranate juice powder and grape seed OPCs are polyphenol-rich botanical ingredients; none of these carry EFSA-authorised health claims, so the product is presented purely on its composition.
