Leucine is basically an essential amino acid that helps kickstart muscle protein synthesis and supports everyday muscle function.

This formula passes Leucine as part of a wider branched-chain amino acid mix, paired with other essential amino acids to provide a full set of building blocks for protein synthesis.

What Does Leucine Do?

Leucine helps regulate muscle protein synthesis, and helps the body to use amino acids after training. Scientific studies suggest this mechanism helps with building protein in muscle tissues when paired with other essential amino acids.

Within this supplement, Leucine teams up with other amino acids and electrolytes to support recovery and hydration during and after training, following nutrition guidance from health authorities. Dr. Tipton from the University of Bath found that essential amino acids sit at the centre of protein synthesis and muscle repair after training.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
