The Active Ingredient Is: Taurine

Taurine is essentially an amino acid-like compound that helps to support muscle function and endurance during activity. This form ends up used as a dietary supplement ingredient in energy and performance products.

In this blend, taurine is paired with caffeine and B vitamins to offer a light energy and focus boost experience often sourced for athletic use.

What Does Taurine Do?

Taurine acts as an osmolyte and helps calcium signalling that can influence muscle contractility and endurance during exercise, which matters when you push yourself. Evidence suggests its presence may help sustain performance and lessen fatigue perception when teamed with other ingredients.

Dr. Waldron from the University of Queensland found that taurine may support muscle function during activity and, with caffeine, could help with cognitive and physical performance tied to exercise.

EFSA-supported mechanisms show B vitamins in the blend assist with energy metabolism, contributing to normal energy-yielding processes during training.
