Take 1 serving (3 capsules) with 300 ml of water, twice daily. On training days, take the first serving in the morning after waking and the second serving 30 minutes before or after training. On non-training days, take the first serving in the morning after waking and the second serving between meals. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women or individuals allergic to any of the product's ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
