For adults and children aged 14 and over: Apply Voltarol Osteoarthritis Joint Pain Relief 1.16% Gel 100g Emulgel P by gently rubbing it into the skin. Use 2-4g (a circular mass about 2.0-2.5cm in diameter) depending on the size of the area to be treated, 3-4 times daily. Do not exceed a daily dose of 16g or a weekly dose of 112g. For arthritis pain, it may take up to 7 days of application for pain relief to be noticeable. The gel can be used for up to 14 days with pharmacy supervision. Wash hands after application unless they are the treated area. If symptoms do not improve by day 7 or worsen within the first 7 days, consult a doctor. Consult a doctor if more than two major joints are affected. Do not use for more than 14 days unless advised by a doctor.
