Adults, seniors, and children over 16 years: Take 20ml up to 4 times daily.
Children aged 12-16 years: Take 15ml up to 4 times daily.
Ensure a minimum of 4 hours between doses.
Do not exceed 4 doses within 24 hours.
Do not administer to children under 12 years unless advised by a doctor.
Use the provided measuring cup for accurate dosing.
Shake the bottle for at least ten seconds before use.
Administer this medication orally.

Warning: Do not use this product if you are taking other medications with paracetamol or decongestants, or if you are pregnant. In case of overdose, seek medical attention immediately. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredients, pregnant, taking other paracetamol products, on high blood pressure medication or beta-blockers like Atenolol, or using other cold, flu, or congestion products. Not for children under 12. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have alcoholism, liver or kidney issues, heart disease, diabetes, glaucoma, high blood pressure, or an overactive thyroid. Consult them if you are taking domperidone or metoclopramide for nausea, colestyramine for high cholesterol, blood clot prevention medicines like warfarin, heart medications, or depression medications (including MAOIs) within the last two weeks, or if you are undergoing a urine test. Pregnant or breastfeeding: Do not use if pregnant. If breastfeeding, consult your doctor or pharmacist. In case of overdose: Seek immediate medical advice, even if you feel fine, due to risk of serious liver damage. Bring the medicine pack with you. If you miss a dose: Take it as soon as you remember, but do not double the dose. Continue with the next dose at the scheduled time. Possible side effects: Covonia All-in-One may cause side effects. Occasional: upset stomach, allergic reactions like skin rashes. Rare: blood disorders, pancreatitis, high blood pressure, palpitations, headache, dizziness, vomiting, diarrhea, sleeplessness.
