How to Use Dr. Pen A7 Microneedling Pen
Setting Up:
Connect the Power Adapter:
Insert the DC adapter into the jack at the base of the pen.
Plug the other end of the adapter into an AC outlet.
Preparing the Device:
Insert the Needle Cartridge:
Remove a sterile needle cartridge from its packaging.
Align the cartridge with the slots on the pen. Insert it horizontally and push it up to the end.
Secure the cartridge by twisting it counterclockwise until it locks.
Adjustments:
Power On and Adjust Speed:
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the device.
The pen starts at the lowest speed setting. Press the power button briefly to cycle through the speeds. The LED indicator will show the current speed by increasing the frequency of the light flash—the faster the flash, the higher the speed.
Adjust Needle Length:
Adjust the length of the needles by rotating the adjustment ring at the top of the pen. Turn clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease the needle length.
During Treatment:
Gently move the pen across the treatment area in a consistent pattern—vertical, horizontal, and diagonal. This ensures even coverage and maximizes the treatment's effectiveness.
Post-Treatment:

Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the device.
Cartridge Removal:
To remove the used cartridge, twist it clockwise and pull it out horizontally.
