Do not give to children under 6 years.

Four hours must elapse between each dose and not more than 4 doses must be taken in 24 hours.

Do not exceed the stated dose: 8 tablets/caplets for adults (age 12 ); 4 tablets/caplets for children (age 7 - 12) in 24 hours.

If symptoms persist consult your doctor.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Medicines should not be taken during pregnancy without consulting your doctor.

Q: Can I take 2 paracetamol at once?

The usual dose for paracetamol tablets is one or two 500mg tablets.

Q: What is better ibuprofen or paracetamol?

Ibuprofen and paracetamol can be used to treat different types of pain. You can take the two pain medications together. However, paracetamol may be more effective at treating headaches, migraines and stomach aches, while ibuprofen may be better at relieving period pain, back pain and toothaches.

Q: Is it safe to take paracetamol with other pain killers?

Yes, it is safe to take paracetamol with other painkillers that don't also contain paracetamol, including ibuprofen, aspirin and codeine.Do not take paracetamol with other medicines that contain paracetamol, e.g. cold and flu tablets that have paracetamol as an ingredient.

Q: Can I take paracetamol for a long time?

It is safe to take paracetamol regularly for multiple years as long as you only take the recommended dose.

Hi I have been putting together some emergency supplies. A brand new first aid kit, calico cloth for bindings and triangles for arm injuries, these tablets and some isopropyl alcohol. I get irritated that I cant get more than one oacket over the counter at a time. I also have chronic pain so can use for this reason too. Thank you. My emergency supplies are nearly complete.

Oldie but a good standby

There an easy on the stomach over the counter pain killer that have been around a very long time. Although there an oldie there still a good standby for many aches and pains. I usually have some in the cupboard for such purpose as there great for headaches,they help deal with toothache, period pain,colds etc. I think there one for the cupboard at all times.
