Each vegetable capsule contains 7.5 billion live, freeze-dried microorganisms from ten strains, together with small amounts of vitamin C and magnesium. This pack provides 50 capsules, which may be swallowed whole or opened and sprinkled onto food.

The strain blend combines three bifidobacteria (B. bifidum, B. breve, B. longum), five lactobacilli (L. acidophilus, L. casei, L. paracasei, L. plantarum, L. rhamnosus), Lactococcus lactis and Streptococcus thermophilus. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, although the amount here is small.
Directions
