Pregnacare Before Conception Tablet is a dietary supplement designed to support women who are trying to conceive. The tablets contain a blend of vitamins and minerals, including folic acid, inositol, and vitamin D, which help to prepare the body for conception and promote a healthy pregnancy. The pack contains 30 tablets and is intended for daily use before conception

How to Use:

With your main meal, take one tablet each day.
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water or a cold drink.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage of one tablet per day.
It is recommended to start taking the tablets at least three months before you start trying to conceive.
Do not take a duplicate dose if you forget to take a tablet. Simply continue with the next tablet as usual.
