Our products are meant to make you feel healthy and at your best. If you need to return your item, you can do so free of charge within 30 days in the same original and unopened packaging. Subject to T&C's.

Take the collar out of the protective bag just before using it. Unroll the collar and take off any plastic connectors inside. Place the collar around your dog's neck, ensuring it's not too tight (you should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and the neck). Thread any extra collar through the loop and trim any excess that is more than 2 cm. Regularly check and adjust as needed, particularly for growing puppies.
