One spray up each nostril clears blocked airways and reduces stuffiness, allowing you to breathe freely through your nose.

The spray is non-drowsy and can provide congestion relief for up to 10 hours, thanks to its active ingredient, Xylometazoline hydrochloride. It helps to reduce swelling and expand the nasal passages and helps in the unblocking of the nose.

How to take

Refer to the instructions and examine the images in the leaflet to ensure proper use of Sudafed Blocked Nose Spray:

1. Take off the plastic cap from the nozzle.
2. For first-time use, press the plunger down while supporting the base with your thumb as illustrated, and release until one spray is dispensed.
3. Keep the bottle upright and insert the nozzle into one nostril. Press the plunger down and simultaneously inhale through your nose. Release the plunger and remove the nozzle. Repeat for the other nostril.
4. Clean the nozzle and replace the plastic cap after use. Do not exceed the recommended dose in the table.

For children under 12 years: Do not administer to children under 12 years old. For adults and children aged 12 years and over: Use one spray in each nostril 2 or 3 times daily. Do not exceed 3 doses in 24 hours. Do not use continuously for more than 7 days. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor. In case of overdose, contact a doctor or your nearest Accident & Emergency Department, bringing the leaflet and packaging with you. If you miss a dose, take the next dose as needed, ensuring not to exceed 3 doses in 24 hours. Do not take a double dose.
