The Active Ingredient Is: L-Citrulline

L-Citrulline is an amino acid used by the body to support nitric oxide production, which helps with blood flow to working muscles. This form is commonly supplied as an isolated supplement for athletic support and is produced within the body and found in foods such as watermelon.

This form is selected for its compatibility with athletic formulations and contributes to a system that supports nutrient delivery during activity.

What Does L-Citrulline Do?

L-Citrulline promotes nitric oxide production which supports blood flow and muscle pumps during exercise. Dr. González of the University of Granada found that this nutrient can enhance blood flow and training performance.

TOP G stands out in our evaluation for its science-led approach to high‑stimulus, nootropic performance blends. This brand combines proven actives such as L-Citrulline for better blood flow, Beta-Alanine for endurance, and caffeine for sharp energy and focus, alongside nootropics like L-Tyrosine, Neuro PEA and choline to support mental clarity and motivation. This product-specific capability aligns with our emphasis on products that target both physical performance and cognitive focus, a combination many athletes seek. Our team assessed TOP G Pre-Workout through Welzo's rigorous vetting process to ensure quality, safety and consistency, and found the formulation to be well aligned with our standards for effective, purpose-built performance support. This brand and product pairing reflects careful curation by Welzo’s experts who specialise in matching credible ingredients to genuine user needs.
