For adults and children aged 12 and over: Ingest 2 capsules with water every 4 hours as needed. Do not exceed one dose every 4 hours. Do not consume more than 8 capsules within 24 hours. Adhere to the recommended dosage. Do not use for more than 5 days without consulting a doctor. Not suitable for children under 12 years.
