Defib V3 is a highly dosed, research-driven pre-workout formulated for advanced trainers. It is recommended to take one scoop (10.5g) mixed with 250 – 350ml of water 20 – 30 minutes prior to training. Advanced users may benefit from taking two scoops (21g) in the same way.
