Use the pointed end of the cap to puncture the tube's seal. Clean your hands before and after using Hydrocortisone Cream, but avoid washing if the cream is applied to the hands. If symptoms continue beyond 7 days, contact your doctor. For adults, including the elderly, and children over 10 years, apply enough cream once or twice daily to cover the affected area and rub in until absorbed. Limit use to one week. Consult a doctor before using on children under 10 years.
