How to use

Take 2-4 portions a day, depending on frequency and intensity of training and body weight. Add 1 portion (50 g = 1 scoop) to 100 ml of water and drink approximately 30 minutes before or just after training. Store in a cool, dry place after opening. Not suitable for diabetics.
