Take 2 capsules of Trec Nutrition Super Omega-3 with 300 ml of water, preferably during or immediately after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep this packaging tightly closed in a dry place, at a temperature of 15–25°C. Keep out of the reach of children. Not suitable for children, pregnant or nursing women.
