A large waterproof panel cover that protects the whole front of a mobility scooter – handlebars, dashboard, ignition and the front basket – from rain and splashes. A clear window keeps the display and controls visible, so you can keep riding in wet weather and park outdoors knowing the electrics and your shopping are covered.

Key features

• Large panel covers handlebars, dashboard, ignition area and front basket
• Clear viewing window keeps controls and display visible
• Universal fit for most scooters with front steering controls and a basket
• Waterproof material shields electronics from rain and splashes
• Quick to fit and remove; folds small for storage
• Pairs with the WeCan rain poncho for complete rider and scooter protection

Drape the cover over the tiller and down over the basket, positioning the window over the display. The controls remain usable through the material. When the rain stops, pull it off, shake it dry and fold it into the basket. For scooters without a front basket, the Small Panel version offers a neater fit.

VAT relief

Accessories designed solely for use with a mobility scooter may qualify for VAT relief when bought by, or for, a chronically sick or disabled person. Choose the VAT Relief option and complete the declaration at checkout if eligible; otherwise select the standard-rated option.

Important information

Ensure the cover cannot obstruct the throttle lever, brakes or front wheel before riding. Do not cover lights or indicators. Allow to dry before storing.

Pay in 4 Interest-Free Installments

At checkout, simply select “Clearpay” as your payment method. Clearpay allows you to spread the cost of your mobility scooter over four interest-free installments, paid every two weeks.

Here’s how it works:

1. Choose Clearpay at checkout – no lengthy forms or credit checks.

2. Pay the first installment today – this is usually 25% of your order total.

3. The remaining three payments are taken automatically from your chosen payment method every two weeks.

4. No interest or hidden fees – as long as you make your payments on time.

It’s a simple, safe, and flexible way to make your mobility scooter more affordable, helping you get the independence and comfort you deserve — without the upfront cost.

Clearpay is available to UK residents aged 18 and over. Late fees may apply for missed payments. Terms and conditions apply.

Some of our products, such as mobility scooters and daily living aids, are eligible for VAT relief under HMRC rules.

You can claim VAT relief if you are, or are buying for, a person who is chronically sick or disabled, and the goods are for personal or domestic use.

This means the person has a long-term illness or disability that substantially affects their everyday activities.

At checkout, you’ll be asked to fill in your details and confirm the declaration below to claim VAT relief:

“I confirm that I am, or I am buying for, a chronically sick or disabled person, and that the goods are for personal or domestic use.”

By agreeing to this declaration, you are confirming that you meet the conditions set out by HMRC Notice 701/7 for VAT exemption. You can read more here.
