August Bank Holiday Announcement

There may be some postage delays over the upcoming August Bank Holiday.

To ensure the best possible quality of your samples and results, we kindly suggest that you avoid collecting or posting samples between Friday 25th August, and Monday 28th August. Your sample must be posted on the same day it's collected. For reliable testing and accurate results, we work with MHRA-approved labs and UKAS-registered facilities.

Also, please note that courier collection times may impact the dispatching of pharmacy products during this time, so please keep this in mind when placing your order. All medications are supplied through our registered pharmacy partner, detailed in our pharmacy information and regulatory compliance page.

Orders placed via Royal Mail after 2 pm on Friday 25th August may not be dispatched until the next working days: 29th or 30th August.
