I paid for DPD next day delivery. When my order still had not arrived 5 days later I e mailed your office to cancel the order and get a refund as I had purchased them from elsewhere in the meantime. The order was not cancelled and no refund was offered. Instead I was given a discount code off my next order. There will not be a next order. This was my first and last time of using your non service..
