How to Use:

Brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with normal water.
Squeeze a small amount of gel (about the size of a pea) onto your finger or a small brush.
Massage the gel gently into your gums, making sure to cover the entire gum line.
Kindly do not rinse your mouth after applying the gel.
Leave the gel in your mouth for at least 1 minute.
Spit out all the excess gel and rinse your mouth with water.
Use the gel twice a day, preferably after brushing your teeth.
