SCAM AVOID!!!

All results showed OLD on report. Contacted customer service to ask what it means. Told me the blood sample has to be less than 6 days old to be tested. Which I then told them it was less than 6 days old, which was easy enough to see if they’d looked into my query properly in the first place. Said they’d look into it further. Been weeks now and just getting fobbed off. Customer service is appalling. They clearly have no intention of sorting out their mistake. I was warned about this company. Wish I’d listened before spending the money. This is very clearly a scam. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
